[accordion title=”ABSTRACT”]Injuries of the ankle joint affect mainly sportsmen and persons having physical activity. The causative agent of injury is the most common abnormal motor pattern. This is evidently an element belonging to the wider security culture. The important goal of therapy for the doctor and physiotherapist is to back the sportsman to his activity as soon as possible. Therefore, developing patterns of physiotherapy using the principles of logistics, will allow for good planning the next stages of the proceedings and to shorten the duration of therapy. Present paper describes the process of rehabilitation of patients after injuries of the ankle in the context of security culture, discipline that begins to dynamically develop in safety science. The proceedings are in an acute state; The initial, early, late and functional phase of rehabilitation and rehabilitation stages: immobilization, restore joint function, restore recreational activities, sports rehabilitation stage. Among the pieces correctly carried out rehabilitation of the authors counted: the restoration of the physiological range of motion, muscle strengthening,
training and active restoration of proprioception.
