Turbulences in management cause dynamic changes in the organizations’ enviroment which force them to create, transform and exploit business models in their operation, so as to create competetive advantage which determinates effective functioning on the market. The article presents business model as a tool used in executing strategy, a way that the company should follow in order to achieve defined functional and operational objectives.
